1. Program

FixNeighbor Job Messages lets homeowners and service pros use FixNeighbor by text message at +1 (816) 666-9590: describe a repair and send photos to create a request, receive messages from your homeowner or pro, reply to them, and get updates about your jobs (for example, “a pro accepted your request” or “new job near you”) and verification codes.

2. How you opt in

You opt in by signing in at fixneighbor.com, opening Settings → Text messages, entering your mobile number, checking the consent box, and confirming the 6-digit code we text you. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.

3. Frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your activity (typically a few messages per job). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

4. Opt out and help

Reply STOPat any time to stop all text messages; you’ll receive one confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to resume. You can also turn texts off in Settings. Reply HELP for help, or contact support@fixneighbor.com.

5. Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported on major US carriers.

6. Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
